Yay Karaoke!

I think it's well known that the Japanese love karaoke. I have been here for over seven months now, and despite really wanting to, I had never been.

Fortunately, this has changed.

Seeing as Anni and Chris are in town, we figured there'd be not better time to try it than the present. I think I can speak for all of us when I say 'SEGOY!'

Private rooms, huge English selection, comfy couches, free soda and drinks... it was truly a great night. We arrived somewhere around 11:00 p.m. last Friday, and didn't leave until about 5 the next morning. I took nearly 70 pictures- some of them blurry, some of them boring- but all of them a reminder of a very fun evening. I sorted through them and pulled out the best ones, so check 'em out!

Karaoke: It was truly a wonderful time. Anni, Chef Monkeywerks, My Favorite World Traveler, and yours truly are feeling funky... see for yourself!

I also need to mention the wonderful acceptance speech which can be found in the comments of the 'Nerd Test' post. I would have written one, too, except that I scored a 28....

A 28!!! sigh....

We're all on our way to Tokyo for a short vacation, see you in a few days...

Godspeed!

Oh yeah!!!
I hope " Hero" was part of your rep. I think "Full Circle" mobile studio needs to come to Japan for a live remote recording. it's not Budokan, but hey....it's "live in Japan"
Hey, what's that green stuff they're drinking???

some of that green stuff is a green apple flavor drink, and some of it is some of the best soda in japan- melon saod. really super sweet and tasty. it has 'chuck' written all over it, especially since 'surge' no longer exists.

Wait, what? Melon sugar soda? Me written all over it? Surge no longer exists???

Hi. I've grown to realize the joy that comes from little victories is preferable to the fun that comes from ease and the pursuit of pleasure. Help me! I can not find sites on the: Celebrex class action. I found only this - norvasc cellulitis. Concentration over her drug, norvasc. Norvasc, increased bleeding, potential, addition and world obstruction are oral to be of eating. THX :-), Malinda from Republic.
