Friday Weigh In #2

Welp, it was a pretty normal week for everyone, as expected. Last weeks numbers were quite drastic, so I kind of assumed this week would prove to be a bit less dramatic.... and I was right. Here are the numbers!

Jed Scattergood - 225.5 = 3% Change (-7.8 lbs.) To Date, +1 This Week
Karen Arcelaschi - 155 = 3% Change (-4 lbs.) To Date, -1 This Week
Chuck Carlin - 166 = 1% Change (-2 lbs.) To Date, +1 This Week
Lauren Cerretani - 152 = 4% Change (-6 lbs.) To Date, -2 This Week
Joe Doherty - 209 = 3% Change (-6 lbs.) To Date, -0 This Week
Chris Wallace - 192.5 = 1% Change (-2 lbs.) To Date, -0 This Week
Beckie Wallace - 137 = 2% Change (-3 lbs.) To Date, -1.2 This Week
Jessica Palazzo - 161 = 4% Change (-6 lbs.) To Date, N/A This Week
Andy Davis - 179 = 1% Change (-1 lbs.) To Date, -1 This Week

So there ya have it. A few 0's, and a couple +'s... but let's hear it for Lauren as she takes the victory this week and shed's two more pounds! She also takes the lead overall, as I dropped to 3% (I blame creme brulee), leaving her as the only one with a 4% change in weight! (Jess is on vacation this week, so her numbers are void until next Friday.)

Now keep in mind, this is only the beginning. I'm going to start getting fierce now, as I have a few motivating factors to help drive me a little harder....

A few nights ago, a bet was made made with one Mr. Jay Pilbin. He told me, that if I could get my weight down to 200 lbs. by the West Hill Memorial Day 5K Road Race, he would shave his head bald, AND shave off his moustache (which he's had since he was 15... almost 33 years ago). Now, 200 is a bit light for me... but I've been there before, and I know it is possible. Plus, nothing would please me more than to see Jay squirm as the razor begins buzzing off his hair.

For now though, keep up the good work everyone, and until next Friday.....
