Hmmm, not a lot happening this time around. That's ok though, it just means we'll all have to work a bit harder next week. Everyone stayed about that same, no major changes, which means Lauren holds the lead for another week!

I seem to have hit a wall the last 3 weeks, and have not moved much (or at all) so it's not hard to believe that Lauren has now taken the lead again! Great work! She jumps up to a 6% weight loss overall, and sheds two more pounds this week. However, Andy surprised us all last week with a massive weight loss, so don't celebrate quite yet Lauren!. (Ok Lauren, now you may celebrate.)

Wow, suddenly it's a competition! Lauren now shares the lead with yours truly at a 5% loss overall, but Joe and Jess had good numbers this week and climbed right into the leader board. And what's the deal with Andy?! He told me he'd be in it as a control... he was trying to NOT lose weight.... and he lost 5 pounds this week! That's amazing!! As a result, Andy finds himself on the leader board as well.
This morning I made waffles and bacon, so now, fat clubbers, is your chance to take over the lead. Work hard this week, you never know what might happen!!

Smaller numbers this week, but that's to be expected. I have a feeling it'll be awhile before we see anything drastic, as we've all probably leveled off for the time being. Here's to Chuck for losing the largest amount this week, dropping 1.5 more pounds! However, I still hold the overall lead with a 5% change in body weight since January 2nd. (This weekend has not been very healthy though.... pizza and two birthday cakes could bump me in the wrong direction... not mention Superbowl snacks this afternoon.)
Don't get discouraged, keep it up! Everyone is doing a fantastic job so far, so let's see what we're made of!

The Groundhog didn't see his shadow today, so I guess spring will come early this year. However, I think this whole Groundhog thing is a bit suspicious. Take a look at the official site, and note the pictures of today's events.... how could the Groundhog see it's shadow if the festivities are held before sunrise?!?!
You win this round, Groundhog, but I've got my eye on you....
